I started a goal for myself of running a race between each child. I did, but walked a lot of the first half. The second half I ran all but 1.5 miles... I realized that if I would've trained a little harder I could've made it! So now I am trying to reach an ultimate goal of running the Wasatch Back. Hopefully I can list that race as an accomplishment that I am proud of!
Short-Term Running Goals:
Build stronger leaner muscles to gain speed and endurance on runs.
Long-Term Running Goals:
In my lifetime... a full marathon.
Personal:
I am married with three children! Love life and look forward to helping my children be active and to be the best at what they do.
